The Program

Training That Grows With Your Puppy

The Diamond Puppy to Adult Program begins with puppies as young as 8 weeks old and takes them through the important early growth stage that leads into adult obedience training.

The puppy stage uses positive, food-based training to help puppies learn how to learn and begin developing focus. Robert compares this early stage to kindergarten for children: before moving into more advanced work, the puppy first learns how to participate in the learning process.

Around 3½ to 4 months of age, the puppy can move into the adult portion of the program, when they are better able to comprehend obedience training and begin learning to hold commands.

Puppy to Adult In-Home

The Puppy to Adult In-Home Program begins with positive, food-based puppy training designed to teach your puppy how to learn and begin developing focus.

The puppy portion typically includes four lessons, depending on the puppy’s age when training begins. Many times, lessons are scheduled every other week so you can continue working on the assigned homework between visits.

Once your puppy reaches approximately 3½ to 4 months old, they can move into the adult portion of the program and begin working on obedience and holding commands.

Option 02

Puppy to Adult Board & Train

The Puppy to Adult Board & Train Program provides a second way to take your puppy through the same important progression from early puppy learning into adult obedience.

The puppy stage uses positive, food-based training to help your puppy learn how to learn and begin developing focus.

Around 3½ to 4 months of age, the program can progress into the adult stage, when the dog is better able to comprehend obedience training and begin learning to hold commands.
